Fantastic property! The location is right next to shopping and close to the amusement parks. Excellent customer service - a very friendly and efficient staff. The accommodations are wonderful; the bed is so comfortable and the sheets are the softest! I didn’t want to get out of bed! Spacious room equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The rooms are large and feature a nice covered desk and a sofa that are set apart from the sleeping area. Pet-friendly with grassy areas on the property. On-site restaurant and bar open in the evenings. Large lounge area and two outdoor patios. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of foods. I can’t wait to return to this hotel!

This place is spotless and smells amazing, no fuss just a relaxed atmosphere. Short walk to the mall for the best food and shopping to suite all budgets, save money on park food options and Uber is quick and cheaper that $30 a day parking fee. The rooms will sleep 6 with enough room and a good size bathroom area, fridge/microwave and coffee making area. Pool is quiet and clean with towels available without any drama. Check this out from someone who stayed on universal for 9 days and then here for 1 before flying home.

Great location. Close to highway. Close to Universal and Disney Parks. Mall is right behind hotel in walking distance. Shopping plaza with other stores ( Costco, Target, Best Buy, etc.) are couple traffic lights away. Parking has a lot of spots, no issues with parking at any time. Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice gym, nothing special but have everything for quick workout. Room service is good, nice pizza.

They took care of our request to switch rooms immediately and gave us a nice room without discussion. The breakfast was a little early for us (it ends at 9am) and it was crowded but overall ok. Our kids loved the heated pool. We would stay here again.
